Sales Account Manager
Deb provides training and technical support for Manchester
software users. She has an extensive computer science background
and customer service experience, and has worked at Balance
Consulting for six years. Deborah is also a QuickBooks Certified
Accountant.
 Jim Behrendt, Director of Software Development
Jim is reponsible for programming, troubleshooting, and updating
Manchester Software. Should you have technical support issues,
Jim and the Manchester Support Team are happy to assist you.
 Dan Kornacki, Software Developer
Dan maintains and supports Manchester Software. He has over
20 years of experience as a developer, in a variety of industries
including financial and healthcare.
 Richard Fleek, Network
Administrator
Beyond maintaining the network and computers at Balance, Richard
assists Manchester users with technical issues. In 1985 he
began his career in the IT field of the U.S. Navy and has
been working with computers ever since. He is also a Microsoft
Certified Engineer.
