With Manchester’s Statement Solutions Group,
you outsource the chore
of printing and mailing your year-end taxpayer statements.
Statements are produced on pressure seal paper and mailed
First Class. You’ll ease congestion in your data
operations at the busiest time of year. If you own the
Manchester software, we can print statements from your
Manchester data file. If you do not own the Manchester
software, we can produce statements from your source
accounting system data files.
With our Electronic Filing Services, we’ll take
your statement data and properly format it for submission
through the IRS FIRE system. We’ll let you know
when the file has been submitted and when the IRS has
accepted it for processing.
Using our full service statement production capabilities,
we’ll handle all of the steps associated with
processing, printing, mailing, and filing your Form
1099 statements and returns. We start by processing
an automatic 30-day extension for filing your returns
with the IRS. If you have not participated in the Combined
Federal/State Filing Program in the past, we’ll
submit a test file to qualify you for the program.
After your data is processed, it will be validated
using the penalty-avoidance techniques taught in Balance
Consulting seminars, and a list of failed records will
be provided for your review and correction. You’ll
get the chance to preview an electronic copy of each
statement before printing and mailing.
Your statements are then printed on pressure seal
paper, mailed First Class, and an electronic file is
produced and transmitted to the IRS before the specified
due dates. We’ll handle sending out revisions
and corrections for both statements and returns, and
we’ll provide you with a hard copy or a PDF version
of the statements for your records.
