Effective May 11, 2009, Manchester Software was acquired By Convey Compliance Inc.

This exciting event brings together two innovative companies in tax information reporting services. The merger of these two businesses will provide scale and deliver accelerated innovation to clients and the marketplace.

Convey will continue to support the Manchester Pro and Prime software as well as the Statement Services offering that accompany these software solutions. Additionally, Manchester clients will now have access to all of Convey’s services to leverage for your tax information reporting needs.

Deborah Bethel, former Manchester and Balance Sales Executive and Support Professional, is part of Convey’s team and will continue to service Manchester Software clients. Deb brings a wealth of knowledge on 1099 processing & has been working with Balance and Manchester 1099 clients for over 9 years.
